I currently provide Individual Counseling and Psychotherapy services to persons aged 18 and above. I do have years of experience working with children and adolescents providing individual & group psychotherapy, as well as family therapy. Currently, I focus on individual treatment. Couples or more group-system focused interventions can be discussed.
50-60 minute sessions. Some insurances accepted & Self Pay (110/hr)
Group Counseling
2-10 member dynamics focusing on interpersonal patterns and function.
90-120 minute sessions. Self Pay.
Individual psychoeducation and experiential facilitation. Self Pay. Cost varies (~$80/hr)
